They called when they were 15 minutes from my house just like they said they would and showed up 20 minutes into the two hour window I was given. That right there impressed me. Mario was very friendly and knowledgable. He knew right away what the problem was with my refrigerator, told me the price to fix and got started on it. He also gave me info on the home warranty services to look at and did not pressure me at all to purchase. Overall it was a wonderful experience if there is such a thing when you have a broken appliance. Would call again for my next problem.
