My husband was the one at home during the cleaning. According to him, this company did an excellent job. He ran a load of towels after they left and was surprised that it only took one cycle to dry them. He said they went on the roof to inspect and clean up there. They took the dryer back off and cleaned everything. Our appointment was actually scheduled on Sunday, they called and said they were not going to be able to make it on time so my husband rescheduled it for the following Tuesday. I wanted to find another company to do the job, but we didn't. I am glad we waited for these guys!
