Gill was a doll. We had a misunderstanding because I had someone look at it about 6 months ago, and they screwed it up, but Gill was finally the one that found the problem. He was always so accomadating, and had a great perosnallty. He really does stand behind his work.

Although he was more than 4 hours late, he resolved the issue in less than an hour. He explained how he sets appointments, which now I understand; I only wish someone had informed me before hand. He was quick, efficient and reasonable. I am having him back after the holidays to repair my Gas Log Stove. Would HIGHLY recommend.
