They were very nice, gave good advice and were very thorough. The only complaint I had was that they were an hour late and did not call to tell me they were going to be. Other than that, they did a very good professional job and I will be recommending them to friends.

Clean Air Ducts and Vents in 45040
They explained the task clearly, did the work pretty well. the ducts seem to be clean now. Unfortunately, when they got the equipment in, they dragged in some dirt in that they did not clean. Also after the ducts were cleaned, some dust/dirt flew around that they didn't bother to clean. That's the only complain I have. otherwise the task for which they were hired was done satisfactorily.
