Mark called me minutes after my posting. He was great about explaining what was proposed, how his method removed dust than other methods, and how it was done. The technicians were also very good about telling me what was going to be done, why and how. They were exceedingly polite. Granted, I live in a congested area, but they were a little late. I would definitely recommend them. The price was slightly lower than my other quote. And even the van was washed!
