Clean Air Ducts and Vents in 29575
The only thing that I am not sure about is I had a light fixture in my attic that was unhooked by either the hvac repairman or the duct cleaner. Either way the fixture was unhooked for an unknown reason, and the hot wires were not capped off. They were just left hanging there. This could have resulted in a fire. The only electricity that needed to be altered was the 12v thermostat wires from the unit itself. So that the float switch could be hooked up.

Install or Replace a Water Heater in 29597
Carolina Cooling & Plumbing went to my condo and made an estimate on installing a new water heater. When we came to an agreement,they did the work for me. The price seemed fair. I have not seen the work yet, but will soon since I am traveling there from Pa. They seemed efficient, but am still awaiting the invoice I requested.
