They were very clear and precise over the telephone regarding their fees. They were professional. On the day they arrived, my tenant was to let them in and allow them to clean her ducts. On the paper work, I requested to have the rental units ducts cleaned only. Instead of cleaning the ducts in the rental unit, they cleaned my ducts. I called Mighty Duct, they acknowledged the error and cleaned the rental unit duct and did not attempt to charge anything additional. I felt compelled to pay for both units, but they refused because of their error. I would use them again because they operate in integrity and handled the situation professionally.
