They missed our scheduled appointment but were able to reschedule it for a Saturday mornint, which I appreciated. When the technician arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and made the effort to try and get my vent covers off (they were painted on). When he couldn't get the vent covers off, he brought out a hose to make sure he could get the interior clean out. There was a lot of old dust and pet hair that came out and he was diligent to clean up after himself and put furniture pieces back when he was done. Even though they were late I still gave 5 stars due to professional on site work

I liked dealing with this company very much. It is, however, difficult to judge the quality of the work due to the nature of the work. I hired them to clean the duct system in the condo because of my son's allergies. They seemed to do a good job, but there is no way I can really see what they did.
