I contacted Mr Walker after the other company cancelled on me twice. Mr Walker arrived on time and checked out the problem. We discussed how he was going to fix the dryer vent. He had all the tools need for the job. He took his time. Cleaned up any mess he made. He never seemed rushed like he was in a hurry to do the job and leave. I would recommend Walkers Chimney Sweep in fact I've already passed his number to my neighbor next door.
