They arrived on time, but they never called before arriving. They recommended extra cleaning work which would be 6 times more than the original estimate. We just said " No Thanks!"
Other than that I am happy with their service which was done professionally.

1. They called me within 5 minutes of my sending out a request --- an astounding response --- considering it was a Sat. evening!
2. The service men were prompts and professional
3. When the servicemen were available earlier than planned, they called to ask if it was possible to have them come earlier --- a common courtesty often ignored by contractors.\
4. I was caught off guard by a recommended service that was expensive and felt that I had not been adequately informed up front about this possibility.
5. The office manager was available to take my call and worked out a solution to my satisfaction. Not many companies will do this.
