Doug and his team came out in a very timely manner to clean my ducts. I still had problems, but not because of their work my dryer had mechanical issues. Doug and his team came back out at no charge to recheck my ducts again. Doug came out himself again to try and help me troubleshoot the issue at no charge. I would HIGHLY recommend Ventilation Purification to anyone who wanted a company that goes above and beyound the service you pay for.
