The workers came on time and respected my property. They explained the process beforehand and did a fair job cleaning the vents and duct. One thing I'm not satisfied was that I was told they would clean the coil and blower but turned out they could only do it indirectly. I don't know how other companies do this when they advertise the service. Next time, I would be very specific, not only ask what services they provide, but also how they do it.
