The workers did their job well, and were accomodating when I asked them questions. However, the equipment was not maintained as best as possible. The video equipment did not always function properly, and many of the available brushes were not in useable condition. The workers cleaned up after the work was finished, the price was reasonable, but it seems that the overall experience could have been better.

The response to my request was very quick. The professional who contacted me was very careful to explain the services he would provide and answered all my questions. He was polite and made sure I had all the information I needed to my my decision.
The day of the duct cleaning went smoothly. They were quick and they cleaned up after themselves. They replace the vents and did a great job cleaning my dryer vent as well and the air ducts.
