The information supplied ahead of the work being done was what convienced mme to go with Superior plus the fact that the rates were given right away. And - they were 1/2 the price of the other guy. Rick the installer was very nice. He used drop cloths and left everything clean and tidy. Rick showed us the before and after camera shots of our vents and seemed very knowledgeable. It is hard to know if the job was successful. I got the ducts cleaned mainly because our house is older and I doubt they had ever been cleaned and I have allegies which I hope the cleaning will help. Time will tell - but initiallly I say it was money well spent.
