Technicial was timely, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after job. We may use him again for some future vent work. The job was much easier than anticipated and we will beable to easily perform our own maintenance on the dryer vent.

I am satisfied with the cleanout of dryer vent that CMB did. They also made recommendations on changes that could be made to improve dryer vent operation.
My only issue with them is - The technician recommended that the cap where the vent pipe exits the roof be more securely attached. Why didn't he just secure it while he was up there?

THey were able to come give an estimate and perform the work right then. We are having a bit of a smoke problem now, so need to call them back soon.
