Both Billy and Eric were polite, respectful of my home and completely professional in the work they did. Outside the ground was extremely wet and muddy. Every time one or the other had to go outside and back in they removed their shoes. I hadn't even asked them to do that, so I was grateful they took it upon themselves to do it.
