I was amazed at how much lint was in my dryer in places I had not known to look. The service representative was patient with me when I could not commit for several weeks due to having the flu. He did a great job and made me feel safe again about using my dryer. There is some kind of follow up in a year and I am hoping to find how much actual lint has accumulated in that time.
