Mike showed up on time, was very good to work with through the initial bidding process. The project was scheduled, Mike and his crew showed up on time and they did a great job. Landscape services looked at our job, recognized the emergency, and in under 12 hours, mobilized the needed resources and protected the soil under an above ground oil tank.
At that point, we met, discussed what needed to be done to permanently repair a large dry well that had failed and threatened to wash out the soil under an adjacent oil tank. Because their response had been so professional and equipment was on site, Landscape Services was authorized to complete the job on a time and material basis. The job was completed quickly, professionally, and the cost, while high was not unreasonable.
