We contacted Marcelo Xavier about having our floors refinished. He came the next day to appraise the situation and within 24 hours had a work-up and an estimate for us. He is professional and courteous. We could not be there for the work, so he was on his own. He e-mailed us pictures as the work progressed and called us to reassure us that all was going well.
