Wayne was very prompt in his initial contact. He sent an email as well as left a voice mail introducing himself. He is polite and honest, which is very refreshing. He made himself available to come and see what I needed done, which was to hang cabinets in my garage and to fix an outdoor light fixture. He arrived exactly on time, and he quoted me a very fair price. I decided to go with Wayne as he had the best pricing and he was very professional and timely.
