We got a call immediately, and Doug was over to check things out that evening. The installers discovered some other problems while doing the work and helped us out by calling a plumber they knew to come and check it out. Those issues aren't totally resolved yet (other services will be needed), but the drywall looks great and everything was cleaned up well after the work was done.

Doug called me right away and he came over the next day. He was prepared to do the work the day he came over. His fees were completely reasonable and he had many suggestions on how to proceed with the job. I plan to use him for other jobs in the near future and will refer him to my neighbors as well. Doug is completely prepared to do the project you hired him for, and also other on the spot projects too.
