South Valley responded quickly to my inquiry and was hired to do the large drywall job. The job was completed in a timely manner and the quality was excellent. South Valley has also started a painting business and I hired them to do that, too. It was great to have both drywall and interior painting done by the same contractor. This was a remodeling job so furniture had to be moved, etc.--it certainly wasn't South Valley's responsibility to do same but, after grumbling, they did it. Most appreciated!

Fred responded immediately to my estimate request. In my opinion, his estimate for the work that I needed done was very fair and competitively priced. He estimated 4 hours of work and even though it took him an hour longer than he estimated he held to his original estimate. He and his assistant had a pleasant disposition, worked quickly and most importantly did a good job.
