Randy came as planned, when he was going to be late he called. They were resonable in there rate. The only down fall is the the hidden costs and mess. A dumpster was never discussed and when there were all boards of extra sheetrock and scrap pieces , we were stuck cleaning it up ourselves. There was plaster dust all over the floor and drops of plaster. They did not clean up at all behind themselves. This cost us more time and work that we had not planned on having to do. If you use Ransy he is great just plan on cleaning up the mess that they leave..

they were on time, neat, finished on time, made sensible suggestions how to imporove plan and very professional. will be returning when the floor is put down to adjust doors to properly fit and i am very pleased with their work and would offer them more. thx.
