The work was done on time and as specified. The price was a little more than half some other quotes but for this job a basic but solid job was what was required. The higher quotes may have produced a fancier finish, but that was not what we were looking for. If the work holds up overtime I will feel well satisfied.
It would be good to have a review that says "Two years down the road, are you still happy"

Marco was prompt in getting me an estimate. I chose RandyMars from four estimates. I changed my mind about what I wanted done and asked for a revised estimate. Marco got right back to me. I was pleased with the estimate. It was $50 higher than my lowest estimate, but I liked Marco's professionalism. The crew came in, tore down my tile ceiling, put up a drywall ceiling and painted the ceiling walls and trim. They are extremely fast and efficient. I was astounded at how well it all looked; better than I had imagined. Since I had done a lot of work (demo, insulation and drywall) I was pleased to see it looked so good when the job was done. A++
