Mike was incredibly helpful in working with me within my budget. They showed up promptly (and on short notice) after I closed on my house and quickly demolished and cleaned up the area with mold. They left their dehumidifier and air scrubber there longer than planned because one of my circuits tripped and was off for a large part of the weekend at no extra charge. The project manager that we had was very easy to work with. He explained everything in detail to us so that we would know what was happening every step of the way. He also gave us his cell phone number if we had questions. The only negative part of the experience was the owner calling and wanting to talk about payment before we received an invoice for the completed job.
