Very friendly and ripped out dry wall patch in ceiling with no charge. However, the roof repair/replacement quote was HIGH - another contractor deemed that it was simply a caulking job.

We contacted Triangle and they came out within a day and told us we had an infestation of mice that had been there for about a year. They immediately scheduled a full cleaning and repair and told us exactly how they were going to fix the situation the previous owners had left for us.
