He spent time with us explaining the possible extent of water damage and then detailed a plan on how he would approach the repair. He sent us a written estimate delineating all the work he would perform and the materials he would provide for the project. I found David to be quite knowledgeable about this project and how to go about it and he did an excellent job for us in a very reasonable amount of time.
