I took three bids, the other two contractors didn't come out to see the job. This contractor did send someone out to look at the work, and their bid was significantly less than the others who bid sight unseen.
They did a very good job, leaving our home clean and in good condition. They handled getting the results of the air quality test back to us the next day so we could complete the replacement of our heater and ducts on schedule.

They came out within a couple business days to do the work and since I had scheduled new heating ducts and furnace, they rushed the air quality report so work could commence. They were very helpful and responsive to my needs.
