Jeff Lingham and his associates truly cared about doing a good job and making us happy with the results. We had some structural work done due to rot, insulation replaced and mold removed, shingles installed, gutter reinstalled after replacement of fascia and soffit, and some mortar work done on a cracked step and deck support. Jeff listened to our needs, made some excellent suggestions and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
