Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests in 94558
Mr. Chandler was responsive to our concerns, produced a work proposal promptly, and completed the work in a the shortest reasonable time. I had called him because I suspected dry rot in a bathroom floor. He explored the possibility of dry rot from above and below the floor and through exploratory cuts. He was able to determine that there was no dry rot except for a surface patch on the bottom of the subfloor which he treated. His workmanship in replacing the floor covering, toilet, and vanity was excellent, and hus bill was significantly below the estimate.
