Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 77586

I hired them to install the decking on a pre-existing frame. They picked up the wood I paid for at Home Depot, brought it to the job site, and installed it. They started from the back, though I think they should have started from the front. They ended up needing to make adjustments as they neared the end because of this. They did it well, but it still needed to be done. Some of the wood should not have been used, it has knotholes or severe milling marks. When it came time to pay, they wanted extra for delivery, which was not something we agreed on so they let it go. I was not pleased to find cigarette butts and packages in my yard.

Install or Replace Exterior Doors in 77504

We had two doors installed, and they first sent us a reasonable quote for the job. When they came to do the job, they were on time and communicative in how they were going to complete the job. All three men were polite and clean (safe enough to be in front of children) and stayed busy in scalding hot weather. They came in under budget for the job, and that made us happy. We had to install our own weather stripping, and calk the frame after they left, but the craftmanship for working in such an old house was great. Will definitely call Bertocchi back again for another job.
