Colin arrived when he said he would, or called to let me know if the schedule needed to be changed. Add this all to his exceptional craftsmanship and you have what I call an excellent contractor. He spent time with us explaining the possible extent of water damage and then detailed a plan on how he would approach the repair. He sent us a written estimate delineating all the work he would perform and the materials he would provide for the project. I found David to be quite knowledgeable about this project and how to go about it and he did an excellent job for us in a very reasonable amount of time.
