We were very impressed with the promptness of the service call, and when we called to say that wse needed an adjustment in the repair, they came back and were very apologetic, and made the adjustment with a smile.

1--john, the owner, was right on time,courteous,friendly and knowledgeable about blinds.
2--checked 1 other srvc magic place and it was the same price for service call, so john's price was ok,
3--john had to fix the mechanism that closed and opened the horizontal blinds, which he did and now they work fine. he worked neatly and cleaned up after.
4--he also used silicone spray to lubricate these blinds and also sprayed some other vertical blinds w/out me asking him to do it. all are now easier to operate after john's spray because i had never sprayed any of them--shame on me.
