Very professional. They were on time. They did not pressure sell. I would say the salesman used the soft sell. He was not in a hurry.he listened. The blind we choose came exactly on the day he said it would. It took 11 days , He said it would have been 8 except we ordered on a Friday.

I thought they were very helpful in helping me pick out my blinds for my new home. I really needed a lot of help deciding on what kind and/or color of blind to choose for each room. They were really helpful- helping me choose everything from the right color and material with each room. I also liked the customer service I received- that is very important and they did a great job.
