He did a great job of isolating the problem, determined it was a leaking water hose from the washer. Corrected the problem and charged me just for a service call. I felt he did a excellent job.

He was quick and professional...I just felt that $305.50 was a bit expensive to run a mainline from a basement toilet to the city main.
