On a Friday evening, around 8 pm, my house's main drain line running to the sewer stopped flowing. The house started to overflow. It was a disgusting disaster. Once we determined that we were not capable of determining what the problem was I contacted Service Magic.
Mr Ridgeway returned my phone call promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. His men were on-time and worked very efficiently. Alan was able to diagnose my problem on the phone, (a problem that 3 other plumbers could not fix in person), and show up the next morning, Mother's Day, and fixed the problem at a very fair rate. I recommend him to all those looking for an honest and reasonably priced plumber---with tons of experience.
