Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System in 07931
Steven at S.L.M. contracting replied to my request through ServiceMagic as if he was an EMS, Fire or Police officer answering a 911 call. I can't promise this happens for everyone and I'm sure Steven can't either, but within 5 minutes of me hitting the submit button on a Sunday morning, my phone was ringing and it was Steven. We didn't have an immediate emergency with an odor and slight moisture in our basement, but as he had the time he insisted on just taking a look right away. He gave us comfort on what our situation might be and is letting me attempt the fix myself, no charge from him. I will attempt to find other billable work for him.

Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System in 08809
Can’t tell you how much we appreciated Stephen Massey from SLM Contracting. He came out on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem. I say “diagnosed” because he used a stethoscope to locate the leak underneath the slab. He came on Monday, drilled a hole in the slab, lowered a camera into the hole and saw the leak. He was professional, knowledgeable and clean. Because of his schedule he couldn’t come back until Saturday but he was there bright and early, got to work and completed the job in the afternoon. He had to cut through the cement, dig out the muddy clay and repair the pipe. He left the house spotless.
