Having researched the internet about brand and service , The websites stated over and over again the most important aspect about a new heating system was the installer because there were many very good (excellent) heating systems out there. With several phone conversations I developed a peaceful trust relationship. I would highly recommend the Good Guys Heating . The owner is the installer!!! His reputation is on the line.

Very professional, friendly service. Bill made sure that exactly the right equipment was ordered to take advantage of the maximum federal energy rebate. He procured the needed building permit and collected all of the needed forms and documentation for completion of the 2009 federal tax return. He also researched a local cooling rebate program though the city of Fort Collins and their energy provider, Platte River Power Authority. The work was done professionally and the equipment is working flawlessly.

Bill responded immediately, was on site within hours, gave us an estimate and agreed that it would not increase even if he found the work took longer or needed more parts than anticipated. It did end up both needing more parts AND taking longer, but the price remained the same. Paying for plumbing repair is always painful, but it is important to have the job done right and we are very satisfied with his work. We would definitely call him again.
