Called for an emergency service call and Mr. Kerr and his team replaced a cast iron waste pipe that had basically imploded in my basement. They stayed until the job was done (10:40pm) and were very reasonably priced for such a job. They even added a couple of access joints that they didn't originally have in the quote and fixed a leaky tub drain pipe that another company had told me would require replacing all of my basement plumbing (since it was intermittent and they couldn't determine the cause).

Overall personable guy who did a good job of installing garbage disposal. The only concern I have was the discrepancy in pricing. He initially had a price list, with a different price for service magic customers. After I balked at the price, he magically gave me a 10% new customer discount. Overall, this companies' prices seem a bit high, after calling around to get other estimates. He was there for about 1 hour and charged a bit over $300 for his work, excluding the price of the disposal. Again, too high a price.
