I worked with both Larry & Chad on my sewer blockage problem. Lary did a great job of communicating with me while we sorted out the various steps to fixing my problem. Chad did the actual repair work and I'm very happy with the results. I thought Chad was very patient with my many questionss and was actually happy to explain things to me.

Service was quick and diagnosed the problem without any dishonesty. Pricing was fair because everything was listed in his laminated folder. However, when the problem was very small 50% of the amount quoted was still charged. For one job the cost met the expectation. For the additional job even 50% was too high due to just turning the valve and cleaning the showered and it took 10 minutes instead of one hour as thought it would take.
