Dave came out to take a ook at a leak that was coming from the master shower that had started leaking into the dining room. We only moved in three weeks ago so we were really nuts with the whole money pit thing. Dave took a look and gave us two schenarios for what it could have been. He gave us some suggestions and things to do to check before we had any work done. It turns out that the work Dave recommended was something he doesn't do anyway, but he spent lots of time with us explaining what we should check for and how to proceed. At the end he did no job for us but saved us tons of money, came out on a Saturday. Amazing.
