Quick response on a Sunday, reasonable rate ($100 for a plugged toilet), and friendly/honest technician (David) on the call finished the work quickly. Better deal compared to Rescue Rooter, which also respond quickly, but tends to quote/charge for more work on emergency calls. Will use again.

Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain in 95051
Polite and friendly, and did a good job of cleaning out drains and checking sewer lines, but did not solve my problem of kitchen sink backing up into second sink; when I called again to say the problem still existed, promptly sent out someone who ran filled sink with water and soap, drained it while running garbage disposal several times and explained this would help in the future. I felt charges, however, were excessive for this second visit since the original problem was not corrected.

Our main sewer line broke over the labor day weekend. We are very happy with the work that In and Out Draining Cleaning did for us. They installed a new sewer pipe(other plumbers we talked to only wanted to re-line our current 60 year old sewer pipe) ontime and with no extra charges. Before we hired In and Out we checked with the San Mateo Better Business Bureau and In and Out had an excellent rating (A-) with no complaints in the last 3 years. Their Yelp reviews were also excellent.
