Tom was great and was able to do the job the very next day. I was a bit nervous regarding the protection of my hardwood floors vs some heavy tools, but there was no damage. Tom did a thorough job and was very fast. He had to replace a main stack. He quickly pinpointed exactly where it was in the wall and made the smallest hole possible to access the pipe. HIs price was ok, but to add a few more feet of plastic piping, the cost expanded almost 40% extra and keep in mind that Tom charges sales tax on the entire job (which was not in the quote nor did i expect). His helpers did not come along and I actually helped move pipes with no discount.
