I have nothing bad to say about the experience but I also can't give a five star rating because of the cost (which was taken from a book of services so it was not set by the plumber doing the work). The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. The work requested was completred with no problems or concerns since then. I would have no problem with recommending Ben Franklin.

Install, Repair or Replace Plumbing or Fixtures in 46151
The plumber arrived early, removed his shoes before entering the house, explained why I was having the problem I was having, repaired the problem (both toilets) and did two extra things not pre contracted, (so I would not have further issues) at no additional cost.
He thanked me for using them and went to the next job.
All in all a great experience and I would recommend them to others.
