These guys are amazing!!! My home warranty company initially sent a bunch of bozos over to snake the cleanout pipe to my street...after half an hour they said they couldn't do it and that my pipe was probably broken, and that i should expect to need around 4000 dollars of work and they'd be happy to start in the morning....sounded suspicious to me, so next morning i go online and find ROYAL FLUSH PLUMBING. They sent over a guy name Tsering, and he pulled out his magic snake & fixed the drain in no time to the tune of 150 bucks. All hail Tsering from Royal Flush Plumbing, they will be the first i call from now on. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Due to new construction in my neighborhood, over the past few years when we receive continuous or heavy rain there has been flooding under my house in my crawl space. After the first rain, I decided to install a sump pump system. Chris came out to look at the situation - he was knowledgeable, courteous and on time. The quote given was within the range of othre quotes given and was reasonable as compared to the services received. In other words, Chris did not try to cut corners in the quality of service in order to submit the lowest quote. The work is guaranteed and I was really comfortable with Chris' solution to my sump pump problem.
