Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain in 96815
The owner of the company called me immediately and worked around my work schedule that day to have a plumber come out and fix the problem. The plumber he sent was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgable. Because of the difficulty of the problem and him having to arrive close to the end of his day to accomodate my schedule, the plumber happily worked into the evening until he was sure that the problem was fixed. I feel that the plumber and the company itself went well above and beyond what was expected of them. I will never hesitate to call them and highly recommend them to everyone!

The work and workers were excellent, but my interactions with the owner himself, while initially cordial, devolved. He ultimately blamed me not only for his failure to make a profit off the work his people did for me, but complained that he was taking a loss because of me. Unfortunately, his lack of public relations skills detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.
The workers with whom I interacted were conscientious, punctual, and capable.
