I was impressed with the almost immediate phone call I received from Greg in response to my inquiry regarding my toilet problem. He was able to come over that same day and determine what the problem was. He offered to take care of it, or if we wanted to we could do certain steps to see if it would help. We will address the issue ourselves, but if money were not an issue at the present time, I would hire him and would certainly refer my friends to him. I was impressed by his clean-cut, professional appearance and I felt that I could trust his integrity regarding the things he told me.
