Came in and did the work as promised in a timely manner. One problem I had was finding the toilet broken when I came back a week later (Rooter Guy had put it back on after doing a camera scan of our sewer). But he said "I take care of my customers" and replaced it with a new one. I offered half the cost of the toilet (75.00) to be fair as neither of us knew how it broke. I felt they took care of me.
