The entire communication with them was professional. The plan was made over the phone and the person who came out to do the job called ahead, confirmed directions to our home, arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional on the job, even when things were a little more complicated than expected. The charge was as quoted over the phone in spite of the additional time he took to investigate the problem further and to remedy the situation. We are very pleased and now know who to call when we need a plumber. Thank you!

he was here VERY promptly and educated us, did the best that can be done, charged us a minimal amount, was nice to our dog and left.
Our concerns that our 40 year old toiletneeding to be replaced were confirmed. wife wanted a new one anyway. now she can have one. we were reassured it was not more serious.
