Mr quellette was very nice and got the job done quickly, I was just a little shocked at the price to install my bathroom mirror, but this was a " added on" item if time allowed. Other wise I would recommend Michael Quellette highly.

He replaced the pump and it seems he did a great job. There wasn't much explaining what was going on while he was working. I was a little bit nervous about warranties, etc. I ended up asking him about warranties and he explained the product had a 2 year (I believe) and he has a warranty on his work as well. I felt comfortable, but could have been wowed a bit more.
